Hi Troy
1st )How did you download it if you don't own a laptop or Pc
2nd: You got 40gb PS3 right ?
You need a USB stick to transfer the savdata over to you console.
You alo need to make the folder names and structure correct for the PS3 to recoginse
it.
Right, first of all you need to know that it will overwrite your current
save game regardless of whether it saves to PS3 or not, so what you need
to do is backup the current save
----------------------------------------
BACKING UP CURRENT GAMESAVE
----------------------------------------
Easy, get a blank USB Card / Reader etc and make the following folder
structure...
USB:\\ PS3\SAVEDATA\
Once you have created this you will have a SAVEDATA inside PS3 folder which
goes direct onto the USB card..
Put this into the PS3 and turn it on, go to;
'GAME' then go to 'SAVE GAME UTILITY'
find the GT5 save, click 'TRIANGLE' then click copy. It will ask you to copy it to
the blank USB reader so just click ok.
Transport this back to your PC then save it on your desktop,

USAGE / INSTALLATION
----------------------------------------
Once you download the GT game save
In the zip file you will see the following folder layout
PS3\SAVEDATA\BCES00104-GAME-\*.*
just like you created when you backed yout save up, what you have to do is
delete the current info on the card and copy it with the new 'PS3' folder
leaving the folder structure as is.
Once that is on the USB stick or whatever removable drive you are using insert it
into slot 1 or 2 of the PS3 then turn the PS3 on.
When it loads go to 'GAME' then scrool up/down to 'SAVE GAME UTILITY' go into this
option then go right, it will then say 'USB DEVICE (SD/MMC) ***' go onto that and
open this.. you will then see your GT5 save.
Click triangle to get the options, then click copy, this will then ask you to
overwrite your original saved game file.
Once you have copied it, load the game, it will ask you to sign the end user
licence agreement, do that and it will laod the save. you may need to resetup some
of your controls, game options but shouldnt take you more than a couple minutes.
Job done. See you on track.
