got myself a new hardrive recently, from 40GB to 500GB!!! oh yeah. ive got loads of room for GT5 for when it comes out now. I have got other games aswell, i went to download the gt5 GT aceademy and it came up with not enough space (hence why i bought a new hard drive).

Out of interest which harddrive did you get?

Does anyone know here what's the limit of harddrive what you can install in PS3??

Im not very computer minded i got my mate to sort it out for me as you need to transfer everything from your 40GB HD to a memory stick then put the new 500GB HD in and then transfer everything back again. took a while with the software side of things, and i did have a problem with gt5 afterwards but just deleting the new game save and copying the old one got all my cars and money back.
