i have no idea any more tried for the 1st time in a month and a half to get a race with boogaloo08 just incase i got in and would go off at the 1st corner but still it FAIL FAIL FAILS iv just about giving up on racing online all together.
im with a good ISP now and everything else works fine poker works fine downloading things is fine playing other ps3 games is fine, then you hav GT5P which just doesn't want to work

I don't think you should blame your connection.Many of us all have the same problem.(not able to connect with host,frozen frames at the start,and even helicopter/spectator views??)Seems PD servers are screwing things up here.There seems to be a difference between European and www events.
Last year there was some kind of up-date,since then the race will continue if the original host is quiting while racing.In my experience this was the moment when connection problems started.
Nothing we can do about it,except living with it

i remember that update and remember that before it everything was fine it has screwed everything up, lets just hope there not fixing it because they are going to give us GT5 soon and we will never see Failed to connect to host (60:29000000) ever again

At least it gives us private rooms,I've used it with Dirt2,with Dutch and Belgian guys,must say things went very well,not 1 problem at all.
So it's possible....if they release the %&*$ game.

i've been hearing now that it will be out in october but if it was going to be that long i think they would just wait till xmas, its all about releaseing it at a time when they can make the most money an screw the fans buy making us wait wat seems to be 10 years
