Jase - Dont think swapping wall sockets will do anything as the G25 is only a 2 wire mains lead so has no ground. Have read it earths through the USB.

Right after a couple of weeks testing i can confirm that moving the homemade ESD cable to the gear selector mount i no longer get tv flickering when getting out my playseat.

I still do some electric at the pedals so my cable hasnt helped with that but i can live with a shock here and there....might actually do me some good, call it Electric Shock Therapy

So it must of been ESD from the seat fabric and my highly charged self.
